The Ute Stampede week was very busy and fun for us this year. The week started off on Wednesday with my birthday! Jeremy took me out to dinner at Tempanyaki's and the food was awesome as usual. Then we went shopping. It was good to have a reason to go on a date! Then Thursday we went to the horse parade and then to the city of fun carnival! On Friday we went to the mammoth Parade and then we sat in my dad's box seats above the chutes! The kids loved being so close to the bucking horses and bulls. Then on Saturday we went to the rodeo and sat in my dad's other box seats. We had a great week!! Jeremy's mom makes western belts and she made both the girls one. She also bought them wranglers. They looked so cute all dressed up as cowgirls on Friday night.

How fun! I love the cousin pic. So cute. There is nothin' like the good old Ute Stampede and your girls looked so cute to go to the rodeo!
My those are some darling cowgirls! How fun that you have all of those cowboy events to attend! Does Jeremy's mom sell those belts? I would definitely buy one for Maelee if she did!
